INTEREST OF BOTH SIDES MUST BE PROTECTED

Chairman of Afyonkarahisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry Serteser made some assessments about Turkey-European Union relations. He said that, “Europe has to overcome different problems at the same time. Refugees from African and Asian countries are at the top of these problems. Integration of refugees into European Union standards requires large costs. At this point, this is a problem in Turkey, opening its doors to Syrian refugees in particular, we understand that the European Union's hand is relatively relieved. From this point of view, we think that the European Union is also aware of our sensitivity. In the last period when the Trade Wars are constantly on the agenda, no country seems to be able to resist the turmoil in the economic plane. The European Union and Turkey's ongoing relationship of 60 years, both the interests of the Union, its progress as well as protecting the interests of our country is very important. Turkey and the European Union to stand side by side, trade wars will reduce the impact on the continent of Europe at least.
